Bright and beautiful salmon pink in colour this Champagne shows off characters
of red berries, raspberries and wild strawberries.
It is lively but not aggressive - instead light, vivacious and well balanced.
A delicious rosé aperitif with very ‘moorish’ qualities.
Heidsieck & Co. Monopole Gold Top NV (available at Majestic, Nisa)
A glittering gold yellow colour which quite suitably matches this stunning vintage Champagne.
It is a warm and exceptionally rounded with dominant aromas of honey and candied fruit.
The mouth feel has tremendous yet soft volume combined with richness and length.
On the palate this extremely complex wine shows characters of pineapple and caramel which develop into dried fruit and toasted bread through the finish.
